For Canadian orders with minimum purchase of $100 before sales taxes.  (Within the 10 Canadian Provinces)

Different Shipping and Billing Addresses

Orders that request a shipping address different than the billing address may be refused unless payment is made by PayPal and the order is eligible for seller protection.

 

SHIPPING IN CANADA (via Canada Post)

A quote for the cost of standard shipping via Canada Post will be provided to you in the shopping cart.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days following the day you place your order. Orders should normally be delivered in 7-10 business days (from the shipped date), We will provide you with tracking information by email.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA (via Canada Post)

The customer is responsible to pay for any duties or taxes of any nature charged by their government authorities.

Complete your purchase by selecting “Pick up” as your shipping method. We will calculate and provide you by email the shipping costs and estimated delivery time.  When we receive your reply email accepting the shipping costs, we will then send you an invoice from Paypal for the shipping cost.

Very important that Paypal is able to confirm the shipping address.  Only those orders that qualify as eligible for seller protection will be processed.  Please make sure that when you complete the PayPal payment, it shows that the transaction is eligible not partially eligible for seller protection.  If PayPal is not able to confirm the shipping address and credit card, then it will not be eligible for seller protection and any payment made will be refunded and the order cancelled.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out within the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.

 

RETURN POLICY

On Line Orders

We will accept returns of unworn, re-sellable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within FOURTEEN (14) days of the original shipping date to you. All Returns must be pre-authorized. Authorization is available by e-mail or by telephone. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option. All costs relating to your return must be paid by you, and the merchandise must be in the original packaging materials. These costs are not refundable.

Products on SALE, part of a promotion, or have been customizied are final sale unless for exceptional circumstances.

For any returns where the free shipping promotion was applied to the original sale, a re-stocking charge of $15 - $25 (based on the cost of the shipping) will be deducted from the credit issued.
