I had one my most humane experiences in this store. I wanted to get a pair of sneakers for my dad to give to him as I was travelling home. I told them the story and they agreed to accept the shoes after I came back from my vacation in case it was not the good size. It gave me such peace of mind as the shoes were expensive! Of course they kept their word with a smile. I would definitely recommend this store.

We used the luggage storage in the store and found out that it’s an awesome clothing store. So we ended up buying three cool shirts!!! I would absolutely recommend that place. For storage and/or shopping.

Five-star service at a historical location and a historical shop. Highly recommend to all Leonard Cohen's fans: he was a customer here for most of his life-the shop was established in 1929 by the current owners' immediate family member across the square from the house L.Cohen had owned since 1972.

Excellent customer service. Was looking for someone very specific, for my 90 year old dad who was going into hospital for cancer surgery. They had exactly what I was looking for and the woman even called me at home on the Sunday, when I sent them an email because I messed up the online order. Great people and products.
